The management committee is is made up of 6 people that has representation from Hull including the West Methodist Circuit, project hosting church “Princes Avenue Methodist Church and the Minister in charge. The Project Worker is a part of this team as an ex officio member. It meets quarterly to review the activities and planning. The main tasks of the Committee are:
- Overall supervision of project activities
- Review the work of project worker
- Evaluation and assessment of the resources
